One habit I’m practicing this year is gratitude, and one of the things I’m most grateful for is friendship. My mom used to say, “you have to be a friend to have a friend”, and I’ve found that to be so true!

Our busy lives can make it easy to fall out of touch with family and friends, especially ones that don’t live particularly close. And while bonds like family ties and lifelong friendships don’t always need a lot of maintenance, birthdays are a great opportunity to remind the people we love that they’re important to us!

To make it even easier to celebrate your loved ones’ birthdays, I’ve put together a printable birthday card to share as a free digital download. You can print the card as many times as you want or need, and if you wanted to be really on top of things, you could even fill a few months’ worth of cards ahead of time and have them stamped and ready to send at the appropriate time.
